During initial years of global market access developments, Digipas invested significantly to set up numerous subsidiaries on R&D centre in UK and multiple Digipas sales & marketing representative offices in UK, USA, Germany, Japan, Indonesia and China to open up distribution channels through selecting and appointing local distributors, retailers and business partners in key geographic locations.

In recent years, as many of these distributors and business partners have gained competencies and confident in carrying Digipas product lines, numerous Digipas representative offices progressively transfer entirely or partially its sales distribution activities to its respective local business partners entrusting each of them to maintain, support the existing and develop new customer base sharing the fruits on the success of Digipas continuous innovations while obvious improved supply chain efficiency is achieved as well as preventing unnecessary cross over roles, territorial overlap and responsibilities between Digipas’s representative offices with each local distributor/business partners, which have ultimately resulted in much happier customers as well as our business partners.
